Guestbook
Viewing your order history
You must have a Kodak Gallery account to view your previously placed orders within the past 365 days.
Note: If you are a Gallery guest, please click the Order Details link within your Gallery order confirmation email to check the status of your most recent order.
To check the status of your orders:
- Click My Account.
- Click Order History. (From here, you can view your order detail, reorder and return your order.)
Reordering a previous order
To send the entire contents or adjusted contents of previously placed orders (within 365 days) to new recipients:
- Click My Account > Order History.
- Click Reorder under the order that you would like to reorder.
- Adjust the Cart contents if desired and click Checkout.
- Select the shipping addresses and/or pickup locations that you would like to send your order to, or add new recipients.
Changing your personal account information
To review or change your personal account information:
- Click My Account > Personal Information.
- Sign in to this secure area of our website using your current email address and password.
- From here, you can make changes to your country, password, email address and first name.
- You can also enable or disable automatic sign in and select the types of electronic correspondences you would like to receive from us.
- Once you have updated your information, click Update.
Changing your shipping and billing information
To update your shipping information:
- Click My Account > Shipping Addresses.
- From here, you can edit or remove your shipping addresses.
- You can also change your default shipping address and add new shipping addresses.
To update your billing information:
- Click My Account > Billing Information.
- Click Edit under the credit card billing information that you would like to change.
- Select the billing address that you would like to change or click add a billing address and click Edit.
- Enter you billing information and click Save.
Changing your password
To change your password:
- Click My Account > Personal Information.
- Enter your old password, enter your new password and then retype your new password.
- Click Update when your new password has been entered.
Forgot your password?
To reset your password:
- Click Forgot your Password? on the Member Sign In page.
- Enter your Gallery account email address and click Continue.
- You will receive an email from notify@kodakgallery.com that contains a link. Click the link.
- Enter your new password twice and click Save.
- Click Next to access your account.
Automatic sign in
To enjoy the convenience of not having to enter your email address and password each time you visit the Gallery or view your friends' shared albums, you can ask us to remember your password.
There are 2 ways to sign up for automatic sign in:
- The next time you sign in to the Gallery, enter your email address and password. Then check Remember My Password.
- Change your personal information:
- Click My Account > Personal Information.
- Check Remember my password.
To opt out of automatic sign in:
- Click Sign Out at the top of any page.
OR
- Click My Account > Personal Information.
- Uncheck Remember my password.
Tip: Automatic sign in will only work if your browser is set to accept cookies. You must enable cookies in order to use this feature.
Accepting cookies for automatic sign in
Automatic sign in will only work if your browser is set to accept cookies. To accept cookies, make a simple adjustment to your browser settings.
Firefox:
- Click Tools > Options > Privacy.
- Check Accept Cookies from sites.
- Click OK.
Internet Explorer:
- Click Tools > Internet Options
- Click the Security tab.
- Move slider to Medium.
- Click OK.
OR
- Click Tools > Internet Options
- Click the Security tab.
- Click Custom Level.
- Scroll down to Cookies and click Enable.
- Click OK.
Netscape:
- Click Edit > Preferences > Advanced.
- Click Accept All Cookies or Accept Only Cookies That Get Sent Back to the Original Server.
- Click OK.
Credits & Discounts
To view your current credits and discounts:
- Click My Account > Credits & Discounts.
To add a coupon or prepaid card code:
- Click My Account > Credits & Discounts.
- Enter the code in the field and click Validate.
- This code will be stored in your account until it expires. However, if you log out of your session, you may have to reenter it into your account.

Redeeming a Prepaid Card
You can purchase Prepaid Cards for Gallery products and services at participating retailers. Prepaid Cards my not be available at all locations.
To redeem a Prepaid Card:
- Type the web address that appears on your Prepaid Card into your browser's address field.
- Sign in to the Gallery or create an account if you are not already a member.
- If your Prepaid Card is redeemable for Prints and/or merchandise, the Credits & Discounts page will display.
Enter the card's code in the coupon field and click Validate.
- If the code is valid, the credits will be applied to your account and you can use them at any time.
- If the code is invalid, check the code on your card and try again.
- If the code has already been used, refer to your Order History.
- When you're ready to check out, click the Cart icon on the upper right corner of the screen.
- Your Prepaid Card discount will appear in the Review your order screen.
- If you do not use the entire Prepaid Card discount amount, the remaining credits will be saved and applied to your next order. You can view all of your credits and discounts on the Credits & Discounts page.
Friends & Groups
About Friends & Groups
Friends & Groups is a collection of contact information and shipping addresses of those you have shared albums with or sent Gallery products to. Whenever you share photos with someone new, their email address is automatically added to Friends & Groups. At any time, you can go to Friends & Groups to add a friend, create a group or manage your friends' email addresses.
Adding a friend
Adding friends makes it quicker and easier to share photos with them.
To add friends:
- Go to My Account > Friends & Groups.
- Click Add a Friend.
- Complete your friend's information.
- To make it easy to find your friends, we suggest inserting their first and last names in the form.
- You can also add your friends' shipping addresses by clicking Include a shipping address.
- Click Save. Your friends will now appear within Friends & Groups.
Creating a group
If you find yourself sharing photos with the same group of friends or family members, we suggest creating a group.
Tip: By creating a group, you can simply type the name of the group in the To: field of the Share invitation form. Your invitation will go to all members in that group.
To create a group:
- Go to My Account > Friends & Groups.
- Click Create a Group.
- Insert a group name (For example: "family" or "co-workers") and check the box next to each person whom you would like to include in your group.
- To add additional friends, insert their email address and first and last name at the bottom of the screen.
- Click Save. Your group will now appear within Friends & Groups.
Editing and deleting your Friends & Groups
To edit a friend:
- Click the pencil icon
that appears next to their name.- From here, you can edit your friend's name, email, shipping address and groups they belong to.
- Click Save to update the information.
To delete a friend:
- Click the trashcan icon
that appears next to their name. - Click Delete Friend to update the information.
To edit a group:
- Click the pencil icon
that appears next to the group name.- From here, you can edit the group's name and members, and add additional members.
- Click Save to update the information.
To delete a group:
- Click the trashcan icon
that appears next to the group name. - Click Delete Group.
Guestbook
Guestbook
Your Guestbook allows you to keep track of who has viewed your photo albums, the time and date of their access, and the comments they post to your photos, in one central area.
Viewing your guestbook
To view your Guestbook:
- Click My Account > Guestbook.
- From here, you can find out who viewed your shared albums and the time and date of their access.
- You can also read the comments that they've made to your shared photos by clicking Comments.
- To see a collective list of all invitations you have sent, click Invitations.
