About Photo Calendars
Photo Calendars are 12-month, wall-hanging calendars featuring your own photos and captions. Our Photo Calendars are printed on heavyweight, glossy cardstock that is easy to write on, and bound in the middle with twin-loop wire. The finished, folded size of each calendar is 10.25 x 15.6".
Gallery Photo Calendars begin with the month of your choice. Of our 18 exclusive designs, you can select a unique layout for each month featuring one or multiple photos and personalized captions. Plus, create your own custom cover with a photo and title.

Filling Photo Calendars using Autofill
Autofill assists you with making Photo Calendars by automatically inserting all of your photos from a single album of your choice into your Photo Calendar. You can rearrange the photos before completing your purchase.
To fill your Photo Calendar using Autofill:
- Select the album you would like to use for your Photo Calendar, or click upload new pictures to add photos to an existing album or to create a new album.
- To import the photo titles as photo captions, check the Import photo titles as captions checkbox.
- Select the photo layout. (This layout will initially be used for all pages, but you can change the layouts later in the creation process by clicking the Choose page layout dropdown menu.)
- Click Next.
Autofill Notes:
- If you are automatically filling a previously-edited Photo Calendar, Autofill will replace all of the contents within your Photo Calendar. If you have added photos and captions to the Calendar, they will be replaced.
- You may add photos to your Photo Calendar from your own albums and your My Friends' Albums.
- If you have selected an album with more photos than the number of available photo slots, you will receive an Autofill message that reads: "Page limit reached. Your Photo Calendar has reached the limit of 12 months. Any photos that would have been placed after (last month and year) have not been added to your Photo Calendar."
Filling Photo Calendars using Page-by-Page
With Page-by-Page, you can individually choose the photos and page layouts for your Photo Calendar pages from one or multiple albums.
- Select the album you would like to use for your Photo Calendar from the dropdown menu, or click upload photos to add photos to an existing album or to create a new album.
- Choose the page layouts by clicking the Choose page layout dropdown menu.
- Drag and drop the photos from the photo tray into each photo slot labeled "drag photo here".
Editing Photo Calendar pages
To insert a cover photo for your Photo Calendar:
- From the Go to: dropdown menu, select Cover.
- Drag and drop the photo from the photo tray into the cover photo slot labeled "drag photo here".
To enter a title for your Photo Calendar:

If you imported photo captions using the Autofill option, they will appear here. Caption Note: All caption areas have word count limits that vary depending on the page layout. Your captions may be shortened to fit the available space. We recommend previewing your captions on each page to see if they have been shortened by clicking preview under each page with captions.
- To move a photo from one position to another, click and drag the photo from the current position to a new position.
- To copy a photo, hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard while dragging the photo to its new position.
- To preview each page, click preview under the page you are editing. This will display the page as it will appear when printed.

About Recommended Resolution
For best results, we recommend that your Photo Calendar images have the following minimum resolutions:
| Image Size | Minimum recommended resolution (pixels) |
|---|---|
| Small | 640 x 480 |
| Medium | 1024 x 768 |
| Large | 1280 x 960 |
Low ResolutionA low resolution warning will appear on any photo that is below the recommended resolution for that size photo slot. You may choose to print a Photo Calendar that contains low-resolution images; however, the Gallery is not responsible for the printed quality of these images and will be unable to refund or reprint your order.
Using photos below this recommended resolution may result in printed images that are fuzzy, washed out or pixelated. Keep in mind that the preview images you see on your computer screen do not accurately reflect the quality of the printed photos.
Here are some sample images, which show possible distortions that may occur if you use images below the recommended resolution:

To check the resolution of your photos:
- Save your Photo Calendar by clicking Save calendar.
- Click View & Edit Photos.
- Click the album that contains the photo you want to check
- Click the photo you want to check.
