Creating a Kodak Gallery account
Members of Kodak Gallery have access to all areas of the Gallery's website.
To become a member, begin by creating a user account:
- Go to www.kodakgallery.ca
- Click Get Started.
- Fill in the registration information.
- Click the Create Account button.

Signing in to the website
When you sign in to the Gallery with your password, you ensure the privacy of your online albums. Some members prefer sign in with each visit to the Gallery's website, while others choose the convenience of automatic sign in. Both methods are secure.
To sign in with every visit to the Gallery's website:
- Go to the Sign In page (www.kodakgallery.ca).
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click Sign In to go directly to your own albums.
To automatically sign in to the Gallery's website:
- Go to the Sign In page (www.kodakgallery.ca).
- Enter your email address and password.
- Check Remember my password. Each time you visit the Gallery, you will go directly to your online albums without signing in.

Registration information
When you register, we ask for your first name, your email address and for you to create a password. This allows us to make sure that only you and your invited guests have access to your online albums. We may also use this information to contact you when necessary. With your permission, we may also send you information about our company and promotional material from some of our partners. For more details, see our Privacy Statement.
New member promotion
Beginning March 26, 2008 and ending on December 31, 2009, the Gallery is offering 20 free 4 x 6" Prints to new members.
To receive this offer, please begin by registering with the Gallery. Once you have registered with the Gallery, 20 free 4 x 6" Prints will be posted to your account. To see these credits, please sign in to your account and go to My Account > Credits & Discounts.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs and applicable sales tax. The free Prints must be ordered within 60 days of your registration with the Gallery. Any remaining free Print credits under this offer will expire 60 days after the date of your registration. No substitutions, transfer or cash equivalent for the Prints will be given.
Privacy
Here at the Gallery, we have a firm commitment to safeguarding the privacy of our customers. All of your photos are password-protected and are not visible to others unless you explicitly share them. For more information about how we protect your photos and other personal information, see our Privacy Statement.
Storage policy
The Kodak Gallery provides you with free online storage for an initial period of 12 months from the date that you first upload an image to your account. To maintain free storage, you need to make at least one purchase from the Gallery every 12 months (the 12 month period will restart with each purchase). If you do not purchase any product or service from us during a 12-month period, we may delete the images stored in your account. In addition, if your account becomes inactive for a period of 60 months, we may terminate access to your account altogether (including deletion of any account information held by the Gallery).
